I can help you balance life and work.

I have 17 years’ experience, including as Senior Scientist at the University of Cambridge. I have helped thousands of people improve their health behaviours and wellbeing. Using this experience, and that of escaping the treadmill of severe work-related stress myself, I developed my unique 4-step system which allows you to find control and balance your life. This means you can still excel in your career without compromising family life and other commitments.

Are you living in balance?

Our unique system will be tailored for you in one-to-one coaching sessions.

We also offer corporate and workplace training seminars.

In individual coaching or corporate training you will:

A - Aware: Reflect on work-life balance.

Using life mapping, you consider your personal situation. Taking a step back to reflect can help us realise what is out of balance.

B - Balance: Find the right work-life balance.

Everyone has a different healthy balance point.  Using a 3-step values exercise, you will discover your core values and see how these align with your current situation. We will discuss a common problem with decision making that gets us stuck with an unhealthy balance.

C - Could: Realise what is sabotaging work-life balance.

Work-life balance is easily ruined by ‘should’. We discuss the simple mindset shift of using ‘could’ not ‘should’ to prioritise and ease work-life balance stress. We discuss the power of focusing on one thing to make an improvement.

D - Do it: Get work and life in alignment.

An easy way to feel balanced and in control is to simply realise that we can choose what we do. We discuss the paradox of choice and responsibility and how reconciling this can improve wellbeing, balance, and control without necessarily changing anything else.
